Force an Motion Test
Our test will be 12-02-11. Here is a cool webpage that Mrs. Meyers and I found that has some gret things about physics that might help you as you study. We even used a reading from here in class!

Study Help
Here are somethings that might help you study.
* Heat is energy temp. is a measurement
* A mixture is physical a compound is chemical
* A mixture keeps the properties of the substances that it's made of. A compound has new properties.
* An increase in temp., surface area, or concentration can speed up reaction rates.
* Ways to seperate mixtures can be filtering, evaporate, heat, or to use it's propertes to seperate the mixture.
* The greater the amount of a liquid the more heat requires to raise the temprature.
* Heat travels from areas of higher to lower temprature.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions!

Physical Science Discovery Education Probe
This link is to a Discovery Education Probe I have made after looking back at our Think Link scores and seeing this is where we had a lot of trouble. It also relates to our current and next units. I hope you like it! Don't forget to play the games when you get an answer correct!
Copy and paste this link to visit the probe!

A New Adventure
I have moved from 6th grade science to 7th. I am so excited to teach this new content and to see all my old 6th graders now as 7th graders!
